exibition of the works of Walter Valentini

At the Bramriz store in via Bernardino Luini,situated in the historical area of "5 vie district" , for the entire duration of the " salone del mobile" various works will be exhibited by the sculptor, painter and engraver

Walter Valentini.

Born in Pergola (Pesaro) in 1928 formed in Rome, where he is a pupil of Consagra, Turcato and Cagli and in Milan where he has Veronesi, Huber and Steiner as masters.

Settling in Milan in 1955, the artist works on a large cycles of projects

that express his interest in the ideal representation of space and time.

in 1977 after the invitation to the XLVII Venice "Biennale" and than in 1999 at the "quadriennale in Rome,

recives numerous awards and prizes including the "Michetti" award.

in 2006 in piazza S. Ambrogio in Milan, a large bronze sculpture was installed, "MEMORIA" dedicated to the memory of the dead soldiers of the "Vicenza" division in Russia.

In 2008 he was given a major retrospective at Ancona, in the spaces of the "Mole Vanvitelliana".

It will be possible to share path of Walter Valentini' s career in it' s breadth, through the experiences and the various techniques that have characterized the style of the artist.
