After various design-linked occupations, he started his own design&producion company WET® in 2000 promoting trendsetting products for the bathroom field, accomplishing sales on an international scale in both the private and hotel sector. www.wet.co.it

During the years he becomes more&more involved in the actual material matter & production field when he develops together with Claudio Milioti the innovative eco-sustainable ECOPIXEL® material www.ecopixel.eu which apart from being an innovative material, aims to be a High-End Designers brand in all fields.

His near-future plan is to further develop ECOPIXEL and start-up “the factory of the future”. A concept that should bring production and life back together.

Jan Puylaert lectured at the University of Canberra/Australia and has organized different courses in design at the European Institute of Design (IED) in Milan/Italy exploring Semiotica proposing new ideas for design-parameters with their international differences as well as developing Realistic Futuristic Visions based on his cultural mutation model.
