Enzo Ghigo - Architecture and cinema: two twin arts
Interview with Enzo Ghigo, president of Museo del Cinema
The relationship between cinema and architecture is very close, they are twin arts: cinema uses narration to tell a story, architecture uses form to give men a home. Whoever enters an architecture enters a film. The Museo del Cinema of Turin, housed inside the Mole Antonelliana, fully expresses this link. The emergency of Covid-19 has imposed a new way of using the museum, more slowed down, more intimate, but it will also be an opportunity to create new experiences, through dialogue with new disciplines such as theater.
