At the Cozzi Pool the installation Be Water by Toiletpaper
On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2021, the municipal swimming pool Cozzi will host the installation Be Water, designed by Toiletpaper, the editorial project of images only signed by the artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari.
The unique and disruptive style of Toiletpaper contaminates the imposing architecture of the Cozzi swimming pool - a historic structure of the city inaugurated in 1934 and named after the Milanese military gold medal for valour Roberto Cozzi - which, exceptionally, is open to the public of Milan Design Week from Tuesday 7 to Friday 10 September 2021 from 10.00 to 18.00.
The installation will be inaugurated by the mayor of Milan Beppe Sala on September 6 2021 at 12:00, together with Maurizio Cattelan, Pierpaolo Ferrari and Thomas Meyer, founder and president of Desigual, and will then be visible until September 2022.
