Milan Design Week is one of the most exciting events for designers and design enthusiasts from all over the world. Get on the bike with us and take part in the fuori salone tour on the VELLO bike to experience this vibrant and inspiring event.  Take advantage of the VELLO bike's agility and visit some of the Salone’s city design venues, such as pop-up exhibitions, design installations, and street art displays.

 Start: 18.4.2023, 2:30 pm: La Stazione delle Biciclette Corso Lodi, 66, 20139 Milano

We will start at 14:30 with a refreshing coffee from the La Stazione delle Biciclette, our bike store partner, and dive into Milan's vibrant design culture. The Milan Design Week is the perfect time to explore the city's many galleries, museums, and exhibition spaces, all of which showcase the latest trends in design and innovation. We will make around 2-3 stops at Fuori Salone stations with exhibitions, scattered throughout the city during the Design Week.

The tour has a stopover at Zehus (Viale Luigi Sturzo n° 45, 20154 Milano), our partner for the motorised drive of the VELLO folding e-bikes. Here you will get a glimpse of one of the most innovative Italian bike motor companies. Check their unique KERS technology (Kinetic Energy Reccuperation System) and be amazed by its natural feel and perfect fit to our Vellos!

At around 17:00, we will leave Zehus and start our exploration tour back through Milan's historic neighborhoods, such as Brera, Navigli, and Porta Venezia.

Around 19:00 we will arrive at La Stazione delle Biciclette, where we will be welcomed by Davide Maggi from the La Stazione delle Biciclette with aperativo and music. It is also possible to come only to the After Bike Tour party and test the VELLO bikes on site.

Whether you're a design enthusiast or just looking for a fun way to explore Milan, a Vello bike tour is a must-do activity during the Design Week.

During the tour VELLO folding e-bikes can be tested as well the new VELLO SUB Longtail bike. 

The number of places is limited. Of course you can also take part in the tour with your own bike. Please let us know, if you want to test a VELLO bike or come with your own bike.
