Ottagono Lodge is a mobile home, designed to connect humans to any natural setting, from Mediterranean locations to the Alps, without ever imposing itself on the landscape. The innovation starts with the structure, made with Ottagono Green Architecture's technology: made of cold-formed steel to ensure strength and durability over time, it is combined with panels insulated with natural materials, such as rice straw. But the distinctive feature of the project is its relationship with the ground: the dwelling, while anchored, rests gently on the ground, almost “floating” on teak platforms and eliminating the need for foundations Easily transportable, quickly relocatable and completely recyclable at the end of its life, it is able to adapt to any context, while fully respecting nature. Large windows create a bright and comfortable environment, in constant dialogue with the surrounding landscape.
