BIODERMA SUN HUB

BIODERMA presents Photoderm XDefense Ultra Fluid SPF50+ at Milano Design Week 2025, with an immersive experience in Porta Venezia Design District

BIODERMA – a brand of the NAOS group that has been putting ecobiology at the service of dermatology for over 40 years to improve skin health – presents its new Photoderm XDefense Ultra Fluid SPF50+ through an immersive and relaxing experience in the heart of Porta Venezia Design District, Bioderma Sun Hub.

For this occasion, BIODERMA will transform a flower kiosk into an exclusive relaxation area dedicated to design and skincare, where innovation and skincare come together to offer visitors a pause from the hustle and bustle of Milano Design Week. “The idea of collaborating with Design Week excites us because good design combines aesthetics and functionality for lasting results. The sun is a source of life but also causes invisible damage: protecting oneself every day means taking care of the future. Just as we carefully choose the best design for our spaces, we choose the best protection for our skin, every day, all year round", comments Filippo Immè, General Manager of NAOS Italy.

Bioderma Sun Hub, featuring a comfortable sun lounge and an experiential and educational kiosk, will reflect a typically Parisian aesthetic, combining elegance and well-being in a space dedicated to self-care. Inside the installation – open from Tuesday, April 8, to Sunday, April 13, at Piazza Guglielmo Oberdan – visitors will be able to receive personalized consultations from BIODERMA experts and try the new Photoderm XDefense Ultra Fluid SPF50+, the first detoxifying sunscreen* with an innovative texture, ultra-dry and lightweight on the skin, ideal as a daily urban shield. To complete the experience, visitors will receive an exclusive gift, including product samples and flowers.

Bioderma Sun Hub is a special initiative that reflects the brand’s desire to explore new forms of expression, always with a focus on skin care and well-being. It also demonstrates BIODERMA’s commitment to supporting young contemporary creativity by collaborating with young illustrator Helga Aversa. For this occasion, Aversa – who loves to depict the places she has lived through cutouts and material combinations – will create three illustrations inspired by three iconic symbols of Milan (Bastioni di Porta Venezia, Hoepli Planetarium, and Civic Museum of Natural History, all featured in the Porta Venezia District logo). These illustrations will be turned into exclusive postcards distributed to visitors during Milano Design Week.
