Sofable is a brand founded in 2016 by Marco, Giulio, and Carlo Mantellassi, the fifth generation of a company boasting almost 100 years of history: Mantellassi, a family that has been producing artisanal sofas and furnishings in Pistoia since 1926, a Tuscan city renowned for furniture and interior design.

Sofable is the new brand established to offer a collection of sofas and furnishings crafted with artisanal mastery. It draws inspiration from the family company's tradition of excellence, enriching it with a contemporary and accessible vision of interior design.

Created to meet the needs of a young and informed audience, Sofable combines design, comfort, and uncompromising quality while keeping alive the commitment to Italian design excellence.

With Sofable, Mantellassi aims to introduce new generations to the art of quality furnishing, offering solutions that are both innovative and respectful of a long artisanal heritage.

The company has a production facility in Gello, Pistoia, where the showroom is located. It's a place where customers can immerse themselves in artisanal culture, just steps away from production where carpenters carve wood, seamstresses stitch covers, and upholsterers shape the comfort of their next sofa.

Since 2022, Sofable by Mantellassi has also had a showroom in Milan at Viale Premuda, 19, a true temple of comfort in the heart of downtown Milan where one can fully experience the company's artisanal philosophy, the sartorial attention to furnishing projects, and the eco-sustainable approach.
