Brands Sice Previt

A Milan-based high-end construction and furnishing company, Sice Previt has over 60 years of experience behind it. It was founded in 1961 in the building sector, specialising in particular in the construction of buildings and the renovation of city buildings, until in the early 1990s it entered the luxury retail sector working on the periodic renovation of high fashion stores, thus opening up to an international market.

In the 2000s, the desire to broaden its services in the sector to include "millwork" activities (installation and realisation of finishes and furnishings) led the company to create new internal production departments: the heavy carpentry used in construction was first flanked by woodworking, closely followed by light carpentry, the marble and glass working department and the decoration department.

Today, Sice Previt works mainly with the major international luxury brands, for whom it creates buildings and furnishings characterised by the highest quality and attention to detail, with a tailor-made approach capable of adapting to the requirements of each individual project. Sice Previt combines the extreme skill of its specialised workers, designers and architects with the constant updating of production technologies, with the aim of seeking a fusion between industry and high craftsmanship.

In 2023 the company took part in the Fuori Salone with a first exhibition, "Building Innovation", presenting its new experimental design laboratory, SP_Lab, which aims to give space to the creativity inherent in Sice Previt and to the skills acquired over decades of work in the production of high-end furniture.
