A husband and wife team, trained designers with 35 years of experience in the making -  Birgit Lohmann and Massimo Mini.
At very young age inside the Centro Ricerca CASSINA, later individual collaborations with Enzo Mari and Vico Magistretti (and Dieter Rams, Bruno Munari, Achille Castiglioni, Andrea Branzi, Elio Fiorucci), the art direction of DePadova, followed by entrepreneurship: a studio, a production company, a showroom, 25 years of publishing the designboom magazine . 

NOT COMPROMISED will bring this hands-on experience further and together with our son, Pietro Mini, we take an even more radical position. The goal is to highlight uncompromising quality and social spirit.
