Brands BiM – Dove Bicocca incontra Milano

BiM, dove Bicocca incontra Milano, is an important urban regeneration project for an entire city block in the heart of Bicocca in Milan. The project is promoted by Aermont Capital, the pan-European asset management company focusing on real estate, and Kervis SGR, the company dedicated to the management of funds reserved for leading international institutional investors, in conjunction with MTDM - Manifattura Tabacchi Development Management as project manager. The project, designed by Piuarch and Antonio Perazzi, aims to use a retrofitting approach to redevelop the properties in Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli 10 and Viale dell’Innovazione 3: an area of over 50,000 m2, of which 43,300 m2 as a business centre, 3,400 m2 of retail space, an 800 m2 multi-functional Pavilion, and 6,000 m2 of green spaces and gardens. BiM is a model for genuinely sustainable urban renewal, converting the properties to Class A office buildings that meet the highest ESG and sustainability requirements.
