Designers Ramy El Gendy & Osama Makharetta

Ramy El Gendy:  Born in 1986, El Gendy has a great experience in furnishing homes, gained from his work in many international furniture brands, his understated elegance, exceptional sensitivity to materials and colors, and artistic instinct gained from his study in Theatrical arts. He founded 19nineteen furniture in 2019 in Egypt, an Egyptian furniture brand that represents contemporary modern furniture design with high quality that has two branches in Maadi and Zamalek in Cairo, and aims to open more branches all over the world.

Osama Makharetta: Born in 1992, he studied interior and furniture design, graduated in 2014, he worked in different design studios in interior and furniture design, he is co-founder and design manager in Nineteen furniture. With his light, fresh and minimal style, he creates designs with a big personality and a poetic touch.  He is mainly inspired by the manual work of master craftsmen and artisans.
