Designers M. Tiziana Di Sipio
M.Tiziana Di Sipio, architect, graduated in 2006 from the Polytechnic University of Turin and began her profession in Interior Design. In 2007 she won
a scholarship from the Region of Puglia and attended the Master of Architecture Digital "Lo Spazio In-Forme" at In/arch in Rome, winning the award
as best architectural video production.
In 2009, she co-founded the studio Con[fine] Architettura, to which is attached a small gallery, thanks to which she realizes until 2013 several exhibitions, as well as conceiving and organizing the Architecture Award of Capitanata in 2010 with the OAPPC of Foggia and its publication.
In 2013 she holds the role of external Councillor for Urban Planning and Public Works for the Municipality of Apricena, within which she coined the brand "Madrepietra" for the precious local resource, officially presenting it at the first edition of the MediStone Expo in Bari, an exhibition event in which she brings together for the first time all the companies in the marble sector in a 1500 square meter stand and gives back to the Apricena stone its rightful international role.
In 2017, she was commissioned to carry out an ambitious project for the same municipality and thus "Sculture in Corso" was born, the first open-air museum, sponsored by MiBact, entirely made with works in Apricena Madrepietra: Giuliano Vangi, Ugo La Pietra, Cristian Biasci, Francesco Granito the artists intervened with sculptures that freely interpret the genius loci. Project accompanied by publication curated personally with art critic Marco Tonelli and Prof. ssa Gigliola Fania of the Academy of Fine Arts of Foggia, with whom in 2018 he began a collaboration as a cultore della materia at the same Academy.
He has been actively collaborating with the company Viscio for several years in the field of Urban Design, with whom in 2021 he participated in the Travel&Joy project with artist Federica Borghi, presenting a project that involved launching a message through the decoration of three literary benches in reconstituted Madrepietra.
He has a variety of public and private projects to his credit, dealing mainly with Architecture, Interior Design and exhibition set-ups for METS in Amsterdam, Marmomacc in Verona and Flormat in Padova.
