Designers Mario Alessiani

Mario Alessiani is in constant pursuit of "functional beauty." Design that is not for its own sake but for the interaction with users, with an eye on production processes.
Mario, born in 1989, specializes in furniture and accessory design. After several professional experiences, between London and Rome, he founded his studio in 2013. His products are characterized by a dry and synthetic style that, through the shapes of the objects, makes explicit the inspiration that led to their creation. He creates products for Italian, Dutch, French and Chinese companies such as Axolight, Umbra and Bogaerts Label. He occasionally collaborates with industry galleries.
He teaches at the Sichuan Normal University in Chengdu, IED Roma and Camerino University.
