Designers DAVIDE OLDANI

Davide Oldani, one of the 50 chef ambassadors of Italian cooking in the world, the creator of pop cuisine-high quality and accessibility-opened his restaurant, D'O, in 2003 in Cornaredo, in the province of Milan, his hometown. Experiences prior to the opening of D'O, had seen him alongside Gualtiero Marchesi, Albert Roux, Alain Ducasse, and Pierre Hermé. After a year in business, the most authoritative gastronomic guides counted him among the great chefs of Italian cuisine. In 2021, the Michelin Guide awarded him his second Michelin star and a green star, rewarding the value of sustainability.
