Neon poems – Light installation by Luca Trazzi
An enlightened, reverent and contemporary look that, between past and present, puts on stage light compositions, metaphors and urban signs in a journey through time and space. Hosted in the colonnade of Palazzo Anguissola and in Alessandro’s Garden, house of Manzoni, precious treasure chests full of memory and timeless words.
Luca Trazzi’s light installations, made with neon pipes, are designed in a game of full and empty spaces, colours, lights and shades, quotes of shapes and promises, "an allegorical tribute" to a lost love, guiding the viewer’s mind to the other historical symbol of the city, the façade of Palazzo Carminati in Piazza del Duomo.
From poetry to neon, the memory of the time of carousels with luminous emblems that made the history of our great Milan is brought back to life.
