The garden, a living ecosystem

In the heart of the Brera Design District, a sensory journey gives voice to gardens. Through its #MyPatchOfGreen installation, STIGA - leading manufacturer and distributor of machinery and equipment for garden Care - revolutionizes the way of experiencing garden care. The main protagonists are local plants from the Lombardy region, growing in a garden set up especially for the Fuorisalone in the "Denis Pizzeria di Montagna" location.

Inside, visitors take part in the first plant concert of the Fuorisalone. Sensors applied to the leaves transform plant frequencies into musical notes, resulting in an authentic symphony of 'green voices'. A unique opportunity to discover the life inside the garden, thanks to technology. Because every green space, regardless of its size, is part of the life cycle of a complex and ever-changing ecosystem that must be protected, our planet.



The bond between mankind and nature is also at the core of three design installation- the 'Garden Gurus' - created by STIGA in collaboration with designer Matteo Cibic. These are visible in Largo La Foppa, in Corso Garibaldi and in front of the #MyPatchOfGreen installation in Via Statuto.

For the first time at the Fuorisalone, STIGA opens up the doors to its distinctive values, design, technology and innovation. STIGA will also unfold the future of gardening, showcasing the latest innovations such as its Autonomous Lawnmower Robot which puts care and respect for nature first.
