Collectible design arrives in via Padova, in a permanent space curated by the off fair which during Design Week brings the most independent scene of international contemporary design to Milan.
Alcova Design Shop is the new platform - curated by the homonymous off-fair founded in Milan and which quickly became one of the most popular events of the Fuorisalone - which throughout the year offers works that aim to change, overturn or renew some of the canons of design, looking at the contemporary era.
The pieces selected by Alcova for the platform, in fact, explore design paths that challenges the canons, embraces current cultural discourse in design, and explores the ways in which our collective thinking is evolving around themes such as new aesthetics, new materials, gender, social justice and the environment - with works by authors such as Stef Fusani, Stefania Ruggiero, NM3, the back studio, Studio davidpompa, Duccio Maria Gambi, · labinac, Objects of common interest and many others, while the first Design Drops have been designed by Older studio.

Alcova Design Shop is located in the new Alcova Project Space, a space dedicated to micro-exhibitions in Milan, in via Padova 29, where many of the objects on sale online are visible live and where the new collections are organized as part of a new program annual event and activity.
