'il domani chiama' is an initiative of BASF Italy. It offers meetings and experiences dedicated to sustainability, resource management and the role of chemistry in the circular economy. Launched with an initial meeting focused on the food of the future, the initiative continues with momentum.
'Materials and design: it is also a question of chemistry' is the title of the second meeting, organised at the One Works architecture studio on 19 April at 6 p.m., as part of the Fuorisalone events.
Fast - il domani chiama
The Milanese meeting is dedicated to the design and furniture supply chain. It explores how materials research and development are redefining the landscape, inspiring innovative approaches and helping to shape future needs. It focuses on the inescapable relationships between material and creativity. It positions material research and development as an impulse that expands the boundaries of aesthetics, influencing the functionality and sustainability of the objects that surround us.
Accompanying participants on this electrifying journey will be Chiara Alessi, historian of design and industrial history, and Lorenzo Bottinelli, managing director of BASF Italia.
This stage of il domani chiama also invites exploration and reflection. It emphasises the importance of collaboration between those called upon to work for the future we want and the role played by science.
Because awareness and commitment define the scenarios of our tomorrow.
