The exhibition set up by Sice Previt in its factory on the outskirts of Milan offers a journey into integrated design, between innovation, craftsmanship and a small jewel of modern architecture.
Known since 1961 as a luxury retail construction and furniture company, Sice Previt s.p.a. dedicates the exhibition Factory Reflections to the creations developed within the framework of SP_Lab, an in-house experimental design laboratory.

The opportunity to discover the brand new furniture leads to an immersive journey through the production facilities in the heart of Segrate, where another highlight of the exhibition awaits the visitor: the only existing realisation of the iconic "Maison au Bord de l'Eau" designed by modernist pioneer Charlotte Perriand (1903-1999) appears on the roof of the industrial shed.
Realised by Sice Previt in 2013 with the collaboration of the Perriand archive on the basis of the precious autograph drawings, the Maison au Bord de l'Eau is a perfect example of a design that aims to harmoniously integrate furnishings, architecture and environment.

The realisation of unique projects, like objects of art that by their very definition cannot be replicated, has interested the activities of this company for years, which since the early 2000s has been able to rapidly establish itself in the international luxury retail market.

Involved by the main luxury maisons to create boutiques of the highest prestige, Sice Previt has always sought the added value hidden in the close link between industry and craftsmanship.
Factory Reflections is therefore proposed as a moment of reflection on the factory and its creative capacity, but also on the indissoluble link between past and future, in spaces where design becomes reality.
