Ring and Toiletpaper celebrate Ring Intercom Bday

#ShowRing: live performances by artists, interactive experiences and an unmissable party with TOILETPAPER STUDIO creative collective.

Ring, an Amazon-owned company, opens the doors to TOILETPAPER STUDIO, home of the creative collectivefounded by artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari, to celebrate Ring Intercom, the Amazon device that turnsthe doorbell into a smart intercom, as it marks its first year in Italy.

The #ShowRing events are open to the public from 10am to 7pm, from 16 to 21 April, at TOILETPAPER STUDIO in via Balzaretti 4 in Milan, where TOILETPAPER’s dreamlike and surreal imagery gives life to a fully-fledged urban installation.

Among the many initiatives is Ring Intercom Gallery, an immersive room showcasing Ring Intercom’s many functions. For the event, from 16 to 18 April, artists Antonio Colomboni, Mr.Bakeroner, OUTLINE Studio and Naranjalidad will appear in live performances transforming Ring Intercom devices into iconic objects of design that will be on display for the rest of the week.

In addition to receiving original Limited-Edition stickers designed by TOILETPAPER for personalizing their own Ring Intercom, anyone who downloads Ring app will have access to a secret room containing the “reflecting” installations created by Giampiero Romanò and Andrea Ghisalberti.

ShowRing culminates on Thursday 18 April with an exclusive party complete with DJ Set by Polly & Pamy, open to the public from 8pm.

Anyone who takes part in the initiatives can share their experience on social media with the hashtag #ShowRing.
