Palazzo Litta
Corso Magenta, 24 Milano 20121
From April 6 to 13, 2025, MoscaPartners’ collective exhibition, Variations, returns, focusing on research and innovation in design
During Milan Design Week 2025, Palazzo Litta will once again host MoscaPartners, the collective that first discovered, amplified, and promoted the potential of its spaces.
MoscaPartners Variations 2025 will be a collective exhibition dedicated to design and project development, with a particular focus on research and innovation in the field. MoscaPartners aims to create convivial spaces and hubs for the exchange of ideas among designers, companies, and media, highlighting professionals and enthusiasts from the worlds of architecture, design, and craftsmanship.
The Courtyard of Honor will serve as the stage where the exhibition’s theme will be unveiled and brought to life. From there, visitors will embark on a journey through the entire exhibition in a genuine dialogue with the atmosphere of the location hosting it.
Over the years, MoscaPartners has presented site-specific installations in the courtyard, featuring renowned architects and designers such as Marcio Kogan, Francis Kéré, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Asif Kahn, Pezo von Ellrichshausen, Studio Aires Mateus.
“Returning to Palazzo Litta is an incredible emotion and marks the beginning of a new chapter,” says Caterina Mosca, founder of MoscaPartners alongside Valerio Castelli.
“This place holds great meaning for us because it’s where we brought to fruition an idea that continues to capture attention to this day. Utilizing the palace’s outdoor space as an introduction to the exhibition and entrusting a creative with the task of crafting a striking installation in this area has turned our work at Palazzo Litta into a must-see event for many. We’re returning in 2025 with renewed energy, with the aim of engaging new generations in a journey that combines strong identity with the need for inclusivity and circularity—values echoed from many corners of the world,” Caterina Mosca continues.
The common thread linking all the projects selected by Caterina Mosca and her team will be the design philosophy of the studios, designers, and brands involved, as well as their commitment to continual renewal and tackling contemporary challenges.
