Celebrating 30 Years of Democratic Design and the World Premiere of the STOCKHOLM 2025 Collection

In 1995, IKEA made its debut at Milan Design Week, introducing the concept of Democratic Design—an equilibrium between form, function, quality, sustainability, and affordability. The Swedish brand returns once again for Design Week 2025, taking place from April 7 to 13 at the Tenoha space in Via Vigevano 18, where it will unveil the new STOCKHOLM 2025 collection in a world premiere. The exhibition will showcase a series of products that celebrate high-quality Scandinavian design, turning its items into true collector’s pieces at an accessible price.

As every year, design won’t be the only star of the show. The event will come to life with concerts, talks, and workshops open to all, while the IKEA space will also serve as the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and something delicious to eat. The menu will feature a delightful selection, including the Smörgås Sensation, the 2.0 version of the Hot Dog Extravaganza from the 2024 edition.

Beyond its location on Via Vigevano 18, IKEA will also be present at The Glitch Camp, the free urban camping experience for IED students, providing “perfect sleep kits” and furnishing the communal social areas with second-hand furniture—further reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and the circular economy.
