Portanuova Vertical Connection. An immersive installation that redefines the relationship between architecture, urban space, and technology

The installation, designed by the Evastomper studio with scientific support from Professor Stefano Mancuso, is a walkable structure made of layher that allows visitors to interact with the environment, technology, and Artificial Intelligence.

A system of buttons and sensors enables participants to create images, sounds, and lights on the videowalls. The elevated path offers a unique perspective and an immersive walk through urban greenery. The experience takes place in groups of 20 people, who interact with the AI to create personalized content, visible in an interactive video.

Access is via reservation through the Portanuova Milano app. Portanuova Vertical Connection promotes sustainability by reducing environmental impact and integrating urban greenery, offering visitors the chance to take home the trees used in the installation, provided by regional nurseries.
