GAGGIA OPEN HOUSE interdisciplinary project and multifunctional space

— 30 March 2025

Gaggia, a historic brand of made in Italy coffee machines, presents the new manual machine Classic GT at Fuorisalone 2025, livening up a location in via Melzo, 30 with a rich program of activities and numerous guests

Gaggia Milano takes part to the FuoriSalone at the Milano Design Week 2025, choosing the Porta Venezia Design District. This is the neighborhood where - in Viale Premuda 14 - in 1938, Achille Gaggia filed the patent for the “Lampo system”, an invention that gave life to what we call today the “authentic Italian espresso with crema naturale”.

The Gaggia Open House project will take place at the Eroici Furori art gallery in via Melzo 30, from Monday 7th to Friday 11th April. There, the company will present the new Gaggia Classic GT. This manual machine is 100% designed and made in Italy, with a distinctive and recognizable look and outstanding tech features, thought for the ones who want to live a special espresso ritual and feel the protagonist of a bespoke home coffee experience.

The Milano Design Week is an occasion for Gaggia to promote its latest product, but also to communicate the brand values in a stimulating and engaging way. The space will be a dynamic setting to socialize, share, learn, and have fun. The program includes masterclasses dedicated to Latte Art and to selected Specialty Coffees; talks with experts and personalities from the worlds of coffee, design, communication and art; and 3 Italian artists – Eugenio Filippi, Luca Font, Marta Lagna – chosen by Gaggia to customize Classic GT during live artistic performances. Do not miss the Espresso Hour on Monday 7, from 9.30 am to 11 am: a free-entry breakfast with Gaggia espresso and the Italian Colomba by Pasticceria Inglima, with the sound of Beside DJ.
