Artemest, the destination offering unrivaled access to the world of Italian craftsmanship and design, returns to Milan Design Week with a must-see exhibition: the third edition of L’Appartamento by Artemest, which celebrates the artistry of Italy’s finest master craftsmen through the lens of globally renowned design studios. Following the success of past editions, the event once again proves to be an unmissable highlight of the design week.
This year’s exhibition, marking Artemest’s 10th anniversary, unfolds in the elegant rooms of Palazzo Donizetti, an architectural gem from the 19th century, located at Via Gaetano Donizetti 48.

Inside the palazzo, six acclaimed studios - 1508 London, Champalimaud Design, Meyer Davis, Nebras Aljoaib, Romanek Design Studio, and Simone Haag - have each transformed a distinct room, showcasing an extraordinary selection of furniture, lighting, home décor and art by 180 artisans, artists and brands featured on Artemest. Palazzo Donizetti, rich in enchanting ornamental opulence, becomes the perfect stage for a narrative that effortlessly blends tradition and innovation.
A journey through L’Appartamento by Artemest is more than just a design experience - it is a sensory immersion that blurs the boundaries between past and future. A striking elliptical staircase invites you to step into a dreamlike world: where every detail has been meticulously curated and is an ode to the art of craftsmanship and to Italy’s sense of beauty. Through refined stylistic choices, the six interior designers have reimagined the palace’s rooms, honouring its distinctive architectural elements, such as the parquet floors and the frescoed ceilings.
