Genesi Atelier was born a couple of years ago from the desire of the founders to innovate an old decorative tradition: engraving. The intuition was born from a great passion for what could be considered the most ancient form of art, the first way used by homo sapiens to decorate primitive shelters and to illustrate his life.
Since our childhood we try to decorate our objects with colours and modifying them on the surface by engraving shapes or, even easier, our name because we need to make any object unique.
All that has brought Genesi Atelier to look for a process of personalization of the surfaces. The engraving, through the depth of its sign, has filled that aesthetica and tactile emptyness. They have been able to set up and refine a technological system which allows to work with different materials, from glass to fabric, from wood to metal, giving them a brand new identity. These processes, a scratch of man made with extreme precision by the machine, can be customized according to the design and the combination of colors and materials. We are talking about the perfect tool for the designers who want to obtain an unique product, the ideal solution for the architects who want to give a total look effect to the different materials. Today, thanks to a team of graphic designers and a cutting-edge production department, we work alongside architects and designers to create new patterns, textures and decorations for walls, floors, furniture and furnishing accessories. We approach any idea or suggestion from a technical point of view, starting from the first skecth, through the mock up, till the final production, giving life to the original inspiration.
