Hunday EV Concept Prophecy explained by Luc Donckerwolke – Exterior
In 2020 Hyundai has revealed its electric concept car “Prophecy”.
The visionary concept clearly expresses Hyundai’s latest design philosophy, Sensuous Sportiness, expanding on the era-defining example set by last year’s『45』concept EV that stripped away complexity in favor of clean lines and minimalistic structures.
With a neo-classic shape that gives a nod to the luxury cars of the 1920s and 30s as well as unique features such as pixelated lighting and aerodynamic wheels it seems like something from the future. The shape of a perfectly weathered stone inspires the exterior traits of the model, while its name, “Prophecy”, is a clear hint to this car’s objective: anticipate a brilliant future both for Hyundai design and for innovative sustainable mobility solutions.
Not only is Prophecy a zero-emissions electric vehicles – it actually cleans the air. This is thanks to a unique air filtration system with a fine dust sensor built into the vehicle.
In a new walk-around video, Luc Donckerwolke explains some of the key features outside the vehicle.
