A talk with Michele de Lucchi

Michele De Lucchi has designed the Pavillon at Porta Nuova, an element that integrates harmoniously between Piazza Gae Aulenti and the ‘Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano’ park. The project, resting on a reinforced concrete slab, does not appear as an encumbrance, but as a symbol of change: a place of meeting and confrontation designed to be just lying, not rooted.
